Hospitality and Raft-up Information for 2014 Great Vallejo Race Sailors and Guests
Race dates: April 26 and 27, 2014

Raft-up
The traditional Great Vallejo Race wall-to-wall raft-up will happen once again in the club harbor.  Greeter boats will meet boats in the strait and provide directions for entering the harbor.  As you enter the harbor please listen for instructions as to which fairway to take.  Please attach adequate fenders and dock lines to your boat before entering the harbor.

Rafting is also permitted in the Vallejo Municipal Marina, 707 – 648-4370, located just north of the Vallejo YC
entrance.  Advance reservations are not required.

Safety
A strong note of caution and safety—docks and boats move.  Use extreme caution.  No running or horseplay on the
docks or deck.  Please remember the common courtesy to not step onto another boat unless the owner extended
an invitation.  As an added precaution, if you smoke please do so in a permitted area, and be certain your cigarette is fully extinguished.

Please watch out for one another—especially after dark following a long day of celebrating.
