Sweethearts Cruise
This is an annual event and also the traditional first cruise of each year. There will be a potluck Happy Hour at the stern of Jim & Pat McCarthy's boat, Sea Salsa, at 5pm on Saturday the 16th, and then dinner at the club around 6:30 or 7pm.
Martinez Yacht Club will put on the dinner, and top the evening off with a live band for dancing until we drop! |

Opening Day on the Bay Cruise
PICYA "Opening Day on the Bay" On Sunday morning of that weekend we will be sailing past the SF water front for opening day. The more boats that participate the more PICYA points we accrue for Club of the Year effort. Don't forget your VYC Burgee's.

Jazz Jubilee Cruise
Sacramento plans daily shuttle bus service to the Jazz Festival held in Old Sacramento or you can just hang out at the club! They have events all day, every day for 5 ½ days; live music, BBQ’s, Mardi Gras parades, Margaritas and tacos, volleyball, horseshoes, raffles, a wine & cheese tasting, a car show, a fashion show, and of course live rock and roll as well as Big Band music! Whew! Sacramento YC cannot guarantee docking for all boats, due to inconsistent water levels, but they do their darndest to accommodate everyone. Remember to bring your really long power cords!
